We are looking for a Senior Communications Consultant who is a strategic thinker, a compelling storyteller, and a digital-savvy communicator with a passion for driving business growth.

As part of our dynamic communications team, you will support public and private sector clients across various industries, delivering high-impact communication strategies in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide strategic advice to clients on policy communications, communication strategy, internal communications, and advocacy initiatives;
• Manage and implement communications and advocacy programmes for clients;
• Drive business development by strengthening relationships with existing clients and securing new business opportunities;
• Craft high-quality materials, including presentations, newsletters, and other communications materials;
• Oversee and enhance social and digital media strategies, including performance reviews and analytics;
• Mentor and support a diverse team of communication professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth;
• Elevate the team’s communications capabilities through knowledge sharing and training;
• Develop marketing initiatives to promote SEC Newgate EU.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in communications, ideally with consultancy experience;
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills;
• Strong expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and analytics;
• Ability to simplify complex topics and make them accessible to diverse audiences;
• Commercial mindset with a client-centric approach and business development acumen;
• A good understanding of the European policy landscape;
• A team player with leadership qualities, able to inspire and mentor colleagues;
• Fluent English, with proficiency in at least one other EU language.
