Operations and Finance Manager

Solar Heat Europe/ESTIF is looking for a dynamic person who will be supporting the Managing Director on the following topics:

Your main responsibilities will include:

Overall budget strategy and management;
Membership relations and invoicing;
EU projects acquisition and reporting;
Financial secretariat support to the certification scheme of the sector (Solar Keymark Network);
Accounting and legal matters;
HR coordination, including contact with Secretariat social;
Relations with suppliers;
Management of Market data and interaction with main partners.

The candidate should have:

A relevant university degree in accounting or finances and at least 3-5 years’ experience;
A solid understanding of EU projects funding, application and reporting requirements;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
Good command of Microsoft suite and excel;
Experience with and understanding of membership-based organisations (aisbl notably);
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team;
An interest in renewable energy and energy decarbonisation;
Good level of English and French;
EU citizenship.
