Your Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will:
- Contribute to impactful projects: Support the implementation and monitoring of EU-funded projects on digital education, skills development, and inclusion. Collaborate closely with European partners to ensure smooth alignment with deliverables;
- Create compelling content: Develop communication materials, educational content, draft reports, and prepare presentations to highlight project outcomes;
- Support administrative tasks: Assist in tracking budgets, coordinating schedules, and maintaining accurate project documentation;
- Assist in event organisation: Help plan and deliver online, hybrid, and in-person events to engage stakeholders and disseminate project results;
- Engage with stakeholders: Represent All Digital at external meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Candidate Profile

- Is fluent in English: You have excellent written and oral communication skills; additional European languages are a bonus;
- Is confident with digital tools: You’re comfortable with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and willing to learn tools for website management, social media, and email marketing;
- Has a background in digital transformation is an asset: You’ve studied or gained experience in areas such as digital education, EU funded project management, or related fields, demonstrating your commitment to driving impactful change in society;
- Has flexibility to travel: Ability to travel for work as needed. Travel may include attending meetings, conferences, site visits, or training sessions.
