Who we are

Ridens Public Affairs advises clients from a variety of sectors on how to engage with the European Union. We take pride in providing personalised, high-level counsel. Our offices are located in the heart of the European Union district in Brussels.

We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time motivated Public Affairs Intern to join our team and to contribute to all relevant services, including monitoring and research, reporting, coalition building, organising visit programmes, association management, and other.

The internship is available per immediate and will run for a 6-month period. The internship is remunerated and the intern must be located in Brussels.

The role

• Supporting the public affairs team in the delivery of advocacy campaigns;
• Organisation of events and visit programmes;
• Political & Regulatory Monitoring;
• Attending & Reporting on External Events;
• Supporting Business Development Activities;
• Social Media Support;
• Administration and Association Management.

Your profile

• Graduate Degree: European Studies, Law, International Business, Political Science or equivalent;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
• Good level of written and spoken English required, with other languages considered an asset;
• Knowledge of or experience with using Social Media;
• Ability to work as part of an international team, as well as individually on set tasks;
• Organised, with an attention to detail.
