The European Cyber Security Organisation (ECSO) is looking for a Cybersecurity Skills Manager to oversee their Road2Cyber project. Road2Cyber is an online platform designed to connect people interested in cybersecurity careers with educational resources, training opportunities, and job openings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in cybersecurity skills development and experience in community building and project management. They will be responsible for growing and managing the Road2Cyber platform, fostering relationships with various cybersecurity communities, and promoting the platform through marketing and outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Building: Develop strategies to attract and engage users on the Road2Cyber platform, including educators, mentors, students, and job seekers;
• Platform Management: Work with developers to maintain and improve the platform, ensuring a positive user experience;
• Project Management: Manage ECSO's involvement in the Erasmus+ project SuperCyberKids and other potential EU project opportunities;
• Workstream Management: Oversee the internal ECSO Road2Cyber Workstream, facilitating communication and collaboration among members;
• Marketing and Promotion: Work with the communications team to promote Road2Cyber through various channels and organize events like job fairs;
• Collaboration and Partnerships: Build relationships with other ECSO projects and external organizations to expand Road2Cyber's reach;
• Sustainability: Contribute to the development of a sustainable business model for the platform.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong interest in cybersecurity skills and workforce development;
• Experience in community management and project management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently and proactively;
• Experience with EU project management and data analysis tools is a plus.
