Senior Consultants - what we are looking for
We are keen to grow our upper tier of consultants. As a senior consultant, you will lead on intelligence gathering, client servicing and have business acumen. You will be skilled in bringing people together. You will have been in Brussels for some years, have extensive knowledge and networks in financial services. This can be in one or several areas of financial services. We are keen to hear from you if you have experience in the areas we cover as a consultancy including sustainable finance, FinTech, banking, payments or digital. You can hit the ground running in your area of expertise.
This is a role for a self-starter to represent and raise client profiles through networking, speaking opportunities and engagement. A Senior Consultant would:
- Take the lead on providing the day-to-day servicing of clients;
- Lead on intelligence gathering;
- Give direction to client outreaches and briefings;
- Speak or moderate at conferences and events;
- Mentor and give guidance to junior team members;
- Advise and coordinate on reports, newsletters and analysis on financial services issues;
- Contribute to business growth.

Candidate Profile
You will have been in the Brussels environment for several years, with your own extensive networks and have developed expertise already in the financial services sector.
