As our membership manager you will be responsible for managing our relationship with our members under the direction of our Marcom and Membership Director. This is a key role supporting our members across all channels to ensure their online and face-to-face experience meets expectations. You will also oversee our back office systems which help us serve our members and liaise with colleagues across all teams to ensure members get clear and consistent messages from us.
We're looking for a team player with a minimum of five years membership management, preferably in a medical society context. We'd love it if you also have skills and experience in the following areas: project management, people management, survey development and monitoring, salesforce.
