Membership Manager

As our membership manager you will be responsible for managing our relationship with our members under the direction of our Marcom and Membership Director. This is a key role supporting our members across all channels to ensure their online and face-to-face experience meets expectations. You will also oversee our back office systems which help us serve our members and liaise with colleagues across all teams to ensure members get clear and consistent messages from us.

Membership Strategy

  • Manage, develop and implement strategies for our membership in line with ISN mission, strategy, and business plan;
  • Identify new outreach opportunities and partnerships to further expand of ISN’s membership base;
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on membership-related questions and issues to the leadership team;
  • Liaise with Business Development to create specific value propositions and associated product/service strategies for all member segments;
  • Support membership generation activities through the development of marketing materials and communications activities;
  • Develop and implement the ISN’s membership retention strategy;
  • Ensure positive member experience in CRM system;
  • Ensure CRM system and Database team are enabled to deliver accurate and timely membership information and analysis.

Analytics

  • Manage, develop and implement market, membership and satisfaction research/surveys amongst ISN members;
  • Monitor and adapt activities and communications to members depending on outcomes of member research;
  • Provide quarterly reports on membership statistics, including ROI of existing promotional activities.

People Management

  • Manage the Database team ensuring excellence in customer service, renewal campaigns, reporting and analytics.

We're looking for a team player with a minimum of five years membership management, preferably in a medical society context. We'd love it if you also have skills and experience in the following areas: project management, people management, survey development and monitoring, salesforce.
