Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the work of the Membership Team;
  • Assisting the members of Hydrogen Europe with their inquiries in emails and calls;
  • Administrative tasks related to internal procedures;
  • Data management and reporting related to membership;
  • Assistance with the organisation of webinars to promote services among members;
  • Supporting the communication and visual work required for membership;
  • Ad hoc support for the Operations Team and the wider organisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) Degree in Management, Business Administration, EU affairs, communication, marketing or related (3rd year or above);
  • Strong interest in membership, administrative procedures, and membership associations;
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package;
  • Experience with CRM systems, Canva and Adobe is a plus;
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus;
  • Ability to analyse information and summarise it concisely;
  • Ability to read and interpret basic financial statements;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, discretion;
  • Strong time management and organisational skills and an eye for detail;
  • High level of curiosity and willingness to learn about the hydrogen sector.
