Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the work of the Membership Team;
- Assisting the members of Hydrogen Europe with their inquiries in emails and calls;
- Administrative tasks related to internal procedures;
- Data management and reporting related to membership;
- Assistance with the organisation of webinars to promote services among members;
- Supporting the communication and visual work required for membership;
- Ad hoc support for the Operations Team and the wider organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) Degree in Management, Business Administration, EU affairs, communication, marketing or related (3rd year or above);
- Strong interest in membership, administrative procedures, and membership associations;
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package;
- Experience with CRM systems, Canva and Adobe is a plus;
- An excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus;
- Ability to analyse information and summarise it concisely;
- Ability to read and interpret basic financial statements;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, discretion;
- Strong time management and organisational skills and an eye for detail;
- High level of curiosity and willingness to learn about the hydrogen sector.
