Advocacy Intern

Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the work of the Advocacy Team;
- Assist in maintaining and updating databases of stakeholders, policy developments, and advocacy activities;
- Support the planning and execution of advocacy events and meetings;
- General administrative support to the advocacy team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during meetings;
- Ad hoc support for the Advocacy Team and the wider organisation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) Degree in Management, Business Administration, EU affairs, communication, marketing or related (3rd year or above);
- Strong interest in advocacy, administrative procedures, and membership associations;
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package;
- Experience with database upkeep and management, experience with CRM systems is a plus;
- An excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus;
- Ability to analyse information and summarise it concisely;
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, discretion;
- Strong time management and organisational skills and an eye for detail;
- High level of curiosity and willingness to learn about the hydrogen sector.
