Advocacy Intern

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting the work of the Advocacy Team;
  • Assist in maintaining and updating databases of stakeholders, policy developments, and advocacy activities;
  • Support the planning and execution of advocacy events and meetings;
  • General administrative support to the advocacy team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during meetings;
  • Ad hoc support for the Advocacy Team and the wider organisation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s (preferred) Degree in Management, Business Administration, EU affairs, communication, marketing or related (3rd year or above);
  • Strong interest in advocacy, administrative procedures, and membership associations;
  • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package;
  • Experience with database upkeep and management, experience with CRM systems is a plus;
  • An excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus;
  • Ability to analyse information and summarise it concisely;
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, discretion;
  • Strong time management and organisational skills and an eye for detail;
  • High level of curiosity and willingness to learn about the hydrogen sector.
