Are you experienced in project coordination, administration or stakeholder engagement, preferably within an international organisation, multilateral development bank, financial institution, government agency or public sector body? Do you have a deep understanding of Ukrainian politics, society and economics, including the budgeting process? Then you can support development activities across Ukraine for a pan-European bank with a unique social mandate.

Collaborating closely with teams in both Kyiv and Paris, you will ensure effective communication with government, local authorities, European Union stakeholders, civil society, donors and financial institutions. In particular, you will actively gather local information to support decision-making, keep abreast of political and economic developments and coordinate technical assistance, whilst attending key working groups and conferences.

To join us, you should bring:

Excellent report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills;
Proven ability to organise and administer events, workshops and meetings;
Outstanding relationship-building abilities;
A high level of initiative and demonstrable flair for multitasking;
An excellent command of Ukrainian and either English or French, with a working knowledge of the other language.
