The European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE) is calling for applications to establish a reserve list for an Internal Control and Compliance Officer.
Reporting to the Head of Administration, the Internal Control and Compliance Officer will support EIGE management in overseeing the development and performance of internal control systems and provide advice and guidance to improve compliance and effectiveness of internal control and risk management processes. The place of employment is Vilnius. English is the working language at EIGE. A contract under Article 2f pursuant to the conditions of employment of other servants of the European Union is offered, subject to nine months’ probation. The contract is for three years and may be renewed.
The pay consists of basic remuneration and allowances depending on jobholder’s personal situation. The gross basic salary before deductions and the correction coefficient weighting of 73.6% for Lithuania, starts at approximately €6,129 and may be higher depending on the selected candidate’s experience. Salaries are subject to tax at source and exempt from national taxation. Deductions are made for medical insurance, pension and unemployment insurance.
