The Belgian Competition Authority has launched the recruitment of competition prosecutors via Selor.
The profile requested is a jurist with a professional experience in competition law of at least 6 years.
The Belgian Competition Authority (BCA) is an independent administrative authority that contributes to the definition and implementation of competition policy in Belgium. Concretely, the BCA pursues anti-competitive practices, such as cartels and abuses of a dominant position, and reviews the main merger operations. The BCA cooperates with the other competition authorities of the member states of the European Union and the European Commission within the European Competition Network (ECN).
The BCA offers the opportunity to evolve in a professional environment in full expansion, the possibility to receive a bilingual bonus, training possibilities, an attractive salary, as well as social benefits (free public transportation, attractive hospital insurance, company restaurant).
If you wish to contribute actively to protect competition on markets in order to improve consumer welfare, if mergers, cartels and abuse of dominant position interest you, do not hesitate to apply.
The deadline for applying for this position ends on 22 March 2019.
