About the Role:

We are looking for a part-time Fundraising Manager to raise income for WAGGGS and Member Organisations from a range of grant givers including grant-making trusts and statutory resources, including existing relationships with such bodies as the European Union (mainly Erasmus+ Programme and European Youth Foundation of the Council of Europe).

The Fundraising Manager will work in close collaboration with Fundraising colleagues, Head of Europe Region and the WAGGGS Europe Regional Committee to deliver excellent support by both managing existing donor relationships and developing new relationships with new charitable trusts and statutory funders whose giving criteria is aligned with WAGGGS vision and aims (particularly within the Europe region).

About You:

As a successful candidate, you will have significant experience in devising strategies to generate income in youth or gender equality organisations in Europe.

You will have the ability of developing partner cultivation and stewardship plans, including experience of prospecting.

You will the ability to have a good track record of budget management and delivering agreed fundraising targets.

It is essential that you can demonstrate experience of reporting to senior level stakeholders and have excellent interpersonal, communication and delivering & proposal skills together.

French language skill highly desirable.
