We are currently looking for one person to join our Commercial Development team.

Role

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for managing the bid preparation process from identifying the opportunity to submission of the offer.

We are looking for one manager to join the team. Ideally this person will be passionate about all things digital and has ambitions to become a creative superstar.

Responsibilities include

  • Analysing business opportunities and contributing to the proposal decision making process;
  • Maintaining relationships with partners and suppliers, as well as key contributors to proposals;
  • Respecting and embracing the EU tendering process;
  • Planning the proposal process, managing the bid team or contributing your ideas;
  • Reviewing performance and implementing lessons learned;
  • Digital: bringing your knowledge of web, social media, and online advertising to our offers to ensure maximum reach and impact of our work;
  • Creative: managing the creative process and injecting your spark to make sure our proposal blow the client away.

Your profile

  • Education in the fields of marketing, communications, international relations, economics, art & design, business;
  • 5 years of work experience with demonstrable success;
  • You thrive when working towards tight deadlines;
  • You can plan, organise a team, monitor progress, and review contributions with ease;
  • You're curious, inquisitive and like to get to the root of the matter;
  • You're comfortable writing long passages and presenting ideas in English;
  • You'll have the sense of responsibility to treat €50k proposals like they are €50 million bids, and the shoulders to handle the €50 million ones as if they were €50k.
