The successful candidate will have the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Monitoring relevant EU policies
  • Managing Members relationships
  • Managing a EU-funded project
  • Organising events and seminars
  • Secretariat and administrative support
  • Running the communication tools of the Federation

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • University degree in European affairs or economy or engineering
  • Italian mother-tongue or excellent command of the language, fluency in English and French, additional language skills (German, Spanish) are desired
  • Previous work experience in EU affairs and EU-funded projects
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

The Advisor will be based in the EFESME office in Brussels. Some travels abroad will be requested.
